Contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If selected, you will be employed by AGS and not by Microsoft.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
Coordinate IT tickets and equipment logistics (device orders, onboarding kits, loaners, inventory)
Serve as site POC for facilities and space operations (requests, desk setups, moves, office readiness)
Support new hire onboarding and offboarding logistics (workspace setup, equipment, transitions)
Plan and execute local morale events and team initiatives (vendors, catering, day‑of logistics, site visits)
Provide onsite meeting and operational support (room bookings, logistics, general team support)
Assist with Rhythm of Business coordination (tracking cadences, meeting logistics, readiness)
Maintain awareness of international holidays and time zones to flag scheduling conflicts for global teams
Partner closely with Executive Administrators to deliver day‑to‑day operational and administrative support
Support calendar logistics for team meetings (room booking, updates, coordination, and onsite readiness in partnership with Executive Administrators)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience managing budgets for events, travel, and training
Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools (Employee Central/HeadTrax, MS Expense Tool, MS Travel, iCIMS, MyOrder)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities
Professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with confidential information
Effective teamwork and relationship-building across diverse groups
Experience supporting executives in fast‑paced corporate environments
Excellent analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills
Additional / Desired Qualifications
2+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, or administration work for executive/upper‑level management.
2+ years of proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience using OneNote, SharePoint Teams or similar collaboration tools.

Shift Timings
20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (Preferred 12pm – 4pm, can be flexible / 8-hour a day if there is an event or business need)
