Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
* This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Environmental Worker based in Kilmeedy Village. You will be working within a team to maintain green areas, Graveyards & Housing Estate flowers and plants within the village.
* Your work will also include painting, strimming, grass-cutting and helping the community to prepare the village for Tidy Towns each Summer.
* Propagation and care of heritage plants is a key part of the job and is carried out in a custom-built environment which also provides valuable training and experience relevant to the environmental and sustainability sector.
