Our Client is an established contrsuction company who build multi-sector projects nationally incluidng specialist projects i.e. restoration & conservationThey will undertake a 1yr conservation project in Dublin starting Q1 2026Duties include:Ensure project meets necessary standards for conservation, quality, and safety.Supervise trades like stonemasons, carpenters, and other specialistsOversee the repair and upkeep of historic facadesCoordinate daily tasks, managing material resources efficiently, and resolving any on-site conflicts or issues promptlySite safety & complianceRequired:Proven experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or lead tradesperson, often with a background in restoration, conservation, or specialist construction projects.Salary to €80K with full package
