About the Role

* Our company is seeking an experienced Homecare Booking Coordinator to fill a key position. This role will be responsible for Client Scheduling, Staff Coordination, and Compliance.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of responsibility and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the placement of homecare nurses and caregivers to all clients within a dedicated region across the homecare division.
">
2. Act as the primary liaison for clients, family, nurses, and caregivers in terms of scheduling and roster information.
">
3. Fulfill all 'open' bookings in a timely manner and coordinate with homecare workers and clients effectively.
">
4. Maintain regular contact with clients to provide valuable scheduling feedback based on their changing requirements.
">
5. Assist with employee queries to ensure they are resolved without delay.
">
6. Ensure all 'active' staff are fully compliant with company standards before placing them with a client.
">
7. Verify that all staff are adhering to payroll policies and procedures.
">
8. Liaise with our compliance & training department to ensure our staff are following training and compliance recommendations.
">
9. Confirm that relevant systems are being utilized to full capacity and all contact with clients and temps are logged adequately.

Requirements:
">

* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position – previous administration experience is essential.
">
* Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be fully proficient in basic IT systems.
">
* Candidates are required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to listen and guide and coordinate staff efficiently.

* This is a busy, fast-paced position, and candidates will need to adapt quickly to this type of environment when required.
