This is a creativity driven role, the primary purpose of which is to prepare unique event and incentive proposals that will surprise and excite our clients and enable them to deliver upon their core event objectives. The ideal candidate will do so in a visually inspiring manner and will also work on marketing initiatives to share our message. Job Description
* Create and develop proposals for international and national clients seeking to hold conferences, events, exhibitions and incentive trips in Ireland
* Compile detailed and accurate budgets to accompany proposals
* Liaise with suppliers – hotels, venues, transport, restaurants and activities etc. – to develop our unique and exciting programs
* Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide them with tailor made creative programs
* Adhere to deadlines
* Co-ordination and delivery of client site inspections to evaluate proposed event locations
* Administrative assistance with the organisation, coordination, and implementation of site inspections & familiarize trips
* Constantly develop new product and service knowledge
* Engage in regular communication with your clients to ensure that they are well serviced
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Programme Manager (Sales) will be responsible for all elements of programme development which include but are not limited to:
* Researching, identifying and contacting new and existing suppliers
* Generating repeat leads from national and international corporate clients
* Taking detailed event briefs from clients
* Preparing creative proposal documents, tender documents and presentations for prospective clients
* Managing the design of proposal documents and presentations with the in house design team
* Assisting with the marketing activity of Event Partners to include: - The production of client credentials, case studies and other collateral - Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure effectiveness of external communication strategy
