Search Talent is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a growing Financial Planning & Wealth Management Team within a financial advisory firm with a strong presence in the Irish market. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of financial planning consultants. This role suits an experienced financial advisor with an innovative and commercial skillset, committed to creating positive outcomes for clients.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will ensure clients receive accurate financial advice to meet their financial goals. Responsibilities include advising on financial positions, acting as a trusted advisor in protection, savings & investments, pensions, and overall financial planning.
The ideal candidate is a qualified professional with experience providing effective financial advice to individuals and business owners.
The Role:
* Providing solutions based on clients' financial planning needs.
* Advising on protection, savings & investments, pensions, and retirement planning for PAYE and self-employed clients.
* Assessing clients' financial circumstances and risk profiles.
* Conducting thorough fact-finds to identify financial goals.
* Growing the client base through lead generation, referrals, and sourcing new business.
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
* Sourcing new life, investment, and pension business through commercial initiatives, with support provided.
* Working towards targets and standards.
About You:
* Experience as a Financial Planner/Advisor within financial services; broker experience is a plus.
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA); CFP desirable.
* Strong knowledge of life, pensions, and investment products.
* Understanding of Irish pension regulations and legislation.
* Experience with cashflow modelling software; CashCalc preferred.
* Positive attitude, self-initiative, and target-driven.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholder relationships.
