Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our clients restaurant and bar, in a well know 4* Hotel in Dublin. This role is key in ensuring exceptional food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and health & safety regulations. Deliver high-quality service and guest experiences, handling complaints efficiently. Lead, train, and manage the F&B team, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Maximise revenue through upselling, cost control, and stock management. Coordinate with key departments for events and service alignment. Contribute to operational meetings and support the achievement of financial targets.
