Dublin based, Onsite, salary circa €55-65k+ #The opportunity: Oversee and maintain operational readiness across multiple global properties, travelling at times to inspect conditions, oversee projects, and coordinate local teams. Lead all aspects of property management, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, seasonal preparations, and seamless transitions between homes. Liaise with household team and manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring top-tier service, confidentiality, and consistent quality across all residences. Prepare properties in advance of the principals arrival with full attention to staffing, provisioning, and immaculate presentation. Coordinate logistics, service calendars, and budgets, track ongoing projects and report updates to the principal and support team, maintaining full discretion at all times. #The person: A minimum of 5 years experience managing high-end private residences, with a strong background in estate management, luxury hospitality, or private household coordination. Outstanding organisational, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to oversee staff, vendors, and service contracts across multiple time zones. A proactive mindset with superb communication, discretion, and flexibility for frequent international travel (with agreed notice) and occasional out-of-hours availability.
