I am recruiting on behalf of a FMCG company in Ireland for a Sales Account Manager/Developer.The Opportunity:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Developer to join our Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-loved Irish brand.Key Responsibilities:Develop sales and opportunities in the territory (Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, parts of Clare, Laois, Offaly and Cork).Follow a three-weekly customer call file and journey plan.Use order processing/data capture system to:Capture orders.Completing store audits on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, stock availability, out of stocks, off sales, planogram compliance.Achieve quarterly volume targetsSecure secondary displays for promotions.Merchandise off-sales and low stock on shelves.Secure extra space on shelf when the opportunity arises.Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers.Your Profile:We are looking for a candidate with:Proven Sales Experience: Experience in Retail, Wholesale and/or Foodservice sectors, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Account Expertise: Ability to develop customer relationships with ambition to manage key regional accounts.Results-Oriented Mindset: A driven and results-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate well with customers.Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.Strong Team Player: Ability to work with sales colleagues and cross functionally.Essential Requirements:Full Irish Driving Licence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum 2 years' experience within the FMCG industryBenefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, Company vehicle and Pension.
