Customer Support Administrator – Order Management
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
2. Accurately and promptly process customer orders upon receipt
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements
4. Provide basic product information to customers
5. Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices
6. Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues
Customer Experience and Loyalty
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships
8. Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns
9. Support a positive and cooperative team environment
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
10. Native or near-native fluency in the market language and advanced English (C1/C2)
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
12. Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service

Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22 (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Regular Office Hours (37.5 hours/week)
