Requirements CIP, QFA or APA qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years' experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function (CF1 or CF7).
3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
