We are partnering with a prominent chemical manufacturer based in Little Island, Cork and they are seeking a Telesales Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position can be worked on a remote basis with occasional visits to the Cork office. This position will ideally suit someone coming from an agricultural or farming background as you will work closely with farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote the products and services.
2. Respond to inbound sales queries via phone and email.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain and grow relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
5. Actively work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Keep accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer information using the CRM system.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Stay informed about the product range, promotions and industry trends.
Requirements:
9. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably B2B and in the agricultural, industrial or chemical sector.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
11. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Proficient in MS Office, CRM experience is an advantage.
