Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and enhance day-to-day running of HR and Finance functions.
This position is suited to professionals with a proven track record in both finance and HR operations, confident working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and collaborative environments.
* Manage outsourced finance operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with external providers.
* Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations.
* Oversee Finance functions, including budget planning, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
* Quarterly international travel to regional operations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Contribute to operational strategies and provide insights to improve HR and finance functions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in operational management within HR, Finance, or broader business operations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and support remote and hybrid teams effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels.
