Service Advisor – Toyota Main Dealer (Carrigaline, Cork)
Also known as Service Administrator / Aftersales Booking Advisor
Cogans Toyota is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This is a key position acting as the link between our customers and our workshop. What You’ll Be Doing
Managing service and repair bookings via phone, email and walk-ins
Determining the correct service requirements based on vehicle age, mileage and history
Understanding and documenting customer concerns clearly and accurately
Coordinating workshop capacity and scheduling work using our Keyloop DMS
Providing transparent quotations and obtaining customer authorisations
Updating customers throughout the day on progress, additional findings or recommendations
Ensuring all GDPR requirements are followed and records are kept accurately
Preparing invoices, explaining work carried out and processing payment
Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time and to the highest standard
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a service advisor, customer service, call centre or technical administration role
Strong IT and administrative skills (Keyloop experience an advantage)
A warm, professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain organised in a busy environment
A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when required
Automotive industry experience is an advantage, but not essential
