Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with senior management to provide comprehensive administrative support
* Develop high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using a range of software packages
* Compile data/information to support the function's achievement of business objectives
* Coordinate daily office operations and activities
* Prepare and update reports and presentations as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Third-level degree essential
* Two years experience in a similar position advantageous
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced PC skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
