About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a central role in generating new business opportunities and supporting company growth. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to a market-leading accounting and payroll software solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact warm leads and collaborate closely with the wider Sales team
* Serve as the first point of contact for new prospects
* Gather essential information and qualify sales opportunities
* Conduct online product demonstrations via phone and webinar
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a premium standard of customer service
* Work towards weekly and monthly targets
* Log all interactions using the CRM system
* Maintain a working knowledge of the product suite to address prospect queries
* Accurately process new orders
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales or business development role
* A third-level qualification in business or sales is an advantage
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confident on the phone and comfortable delivering demos
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long-term career in sales
