In this role, your focus will be:Product Compliance Projects – you shall support, shape and participate in regulatory, International, and environmental projects. Liaise with internal Acre stakeholders, from product and research teams, to support the product compliance team in implementing and maintaining product compliance across large security product portfoliosAdmin Support – you shall work as the administration hand of a highly active and interactive compliance team spanning tasks across project management, product management, technical support and R & D.Continuous Improvement – The successful applicant for this position will be keen to learn and progress in the field product compliance.What You'll DoIn addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:Product Compliance – Admin, monitor and maintain project tasks within the Product compliance register (VSTS / Jora)Regulatory and International Product Compliance – As a member of the project team, support the regulatory process from an administrative perspectiveAdministration – tasks includeProject support and planning with International testing agenciesProcessing financial quotes and PO'sRegistering of tasks in Jira / VSTS projects, and logging progressInternational Audit planning, support, logistics and N/C resolutionCompile technical files for International testing projectsSupport compliance projects through a process of submission, testing and certification in accredited laboratoriesRegulatory Product QA – Administrative support of the Regulatory Compliance functionNPI Support – participate in, and support the NPI process from product inception to product releaseCommunication – collaborate with stakeholders internally (PM, R & D, SCM), and externally (Customer, manufacturing facilities, providers) ensuring Acre Security products are delivered with global complianceWhat You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Admin skills – Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and Email skills. Experience working in a similar position and using project management tools such as Jira / VSTS is a benefit.Time Management - Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively.Communication – Strong interaction with interested parties and stakeholders internal and external to Acre Security. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to continuously learn and grow in the area of product compliance.Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
