Level 3 Support Specialist
The role of Level 3 Support Specialist is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of compute environments.
This position requires a high degree of technical expertise across Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, MS SQL, Cisco, and Azure/cloud environments.
A successful candidate will have proven experience with security patching, vulnerability management tools such as BigFix or WSUS.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in compute infrastructure or IT operations roles is required.
