Job Title: Financial Leadership Role
This is a pivotal leadership position in the finance department, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including management and preparation of statutory and management accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, with experience in IFRS, tax, and reporting, as well as a background in audit or financial reporting.
The successful candidate will lead all external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for producing high-quality management information for the executive team and board, as well as managing the finance team.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant with minimum 7 years PQE, ideally with PCF exposure/approval
* Ambitious, with desire to join and develop career in a high-potential business
* Strong technical accounting skills, IFRS, tax & reporting, FS audit training background, and currently working in either audit or financial reporting
* Strong systems & MS Excel knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to report to Exec team and Board
