The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our sales reach across Ireland and the EU. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting.
* Sales & Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
* Market Expansion: Drive sales growth across Ireland and EU markets, identifying new business opportunities.
* Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our interactive display solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers.
* Negotiation & Closing: Confidently handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, AV, or interactive solutions.
* Strong Communication & Confidence: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and build rapport with senior executives.
* Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel across Ireland and EU for client meetings and business development.
* Languages: English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
* AV experience: Must be confident with AV and Digital Signage
