Job Description:Must-Have Primary Skill - Business Consulting-Business Readiness-Organizational Change ManagementThe roles requires the resource to be onsite atleast 2-3 days a week in Dublin.Looking for Senior resource with 10+ years of experience at least.Role overview• As a Business Analyst and Consultant, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible to engage with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle but mainly on Business Readiness and Change Management activities.Role Responsibilities• Comes from Change Management background and specializes in business readiness activities like comms, rollout, training, adoption etc.• Create overall programme communication and solution adoption plans• Manage key stakeholders including Board level and Subsidiary Board.• Create client' training plans for meetings like Lunch and Learns, Executive Committee meetings, Board meetings and Training meetings.• Ensure seamless coordination of communication and engagement across the programme's work streams.• Ensure information and messages about all changes are conveyed to accountable staff.• Promote client's products, services, brand, and mission.• Collaborate with other department team leads/ managers.• Coordinate, communicate and engage across program workstreams.• Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customersExperience and skills required• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, 5+ of which may be in Business Readiness planning / execution / rollout.• Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations and communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner.• Manage projects & stakeholders from inception through design to delivery.• Exceptional communication skills, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core – being best practice driven.• 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus.• Organisations skills, creativity and self-motivation are key for this role.• Communication, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core – being best practice driven
