Legal Secretary with three years experience working in Probate is required for a busy firm in Dublin 15.In this newly created role, you will work closely with a very busy Solicitor. Your duties will include:Digital dictation and typing.Preparation of correspondence.Answering phone and email queries from clients.Submitting forms and filings related to cases to courts and probate office.File management, updating and maintaining records.General administration – scanning, printing and photocopying.To be considered for this position you will need to have a strong background in probate and ideally some experience in family law.Ideally you have 3+ years' experience in these areas.Full availability to work onsite in Dublin 15, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pmParking onsitePlease submit your CV to this role if you meet the requirements and can commit to a fully onsite role in Dublin 15.
