About the Role
The Support Care Professional plays a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
This role involves engaging in daily activities and routines that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for service users.
* Assist with daily activities and care as assigned by the Manager and Integrated Care Plan.
* Encourage recognition of individual needs and comforts.
* Act as an advocate to provide appropriate information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
2. Develop social interaction for individuals individually and in group settings.
3. Participate in communication processes, including team meetings and staff forums.
4. Maintain confidentiality and uphold organisation's values at all times.
5. Be flexible and willing to work shifts to meet service needs.
