We're expanding our Warehouse & Logistics divisions nationwide and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic, experienced team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. From compliance and coordination to candidate care and communications - your day will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow. Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to engage candidates for active roles Source, screen, and shortlist CVs for a variety of warehouse and logistics positions Send candidate CVs to consultants or clients promptly Maintain candidate pipelines and respond quickly to urgent staffing needs Ensure full candidate compliance: right-to-work checks, references, and onboarding paperwork Post job ads, manage applications, and update job boards Keep internal systems and trackers up to date with candidate activity Provide general admin and recruitment support to the wider team Requirements: Experience in a recruitment/resourcing/admin role (warehouse/logistics sector a plus) Confident making outbound calls and speaking to a wide range of candidates High attention to detail - especially around compliance and documentation Able to manage high volumes of CVs and candidate data Excellent organisational and time-management skills A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine team player Skills: Recruiting Human Resources Diversity Communication Organizational Skills
