Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
You are an experienced recruitment professional looking for a challenging opportunity where your work is truly visible and valued? We're partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a recruitment specialist who will own end-to-end recruitment while leading strategic people projects across Ireland.
You have at least 5 years' experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in-house. You enjoy autonomy, variety, and stakeholder engagement without the responsibility of managing a team. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership throughout the year, along with opportunities to shape graduate and early careers strategy.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across Ireland. No two days will be the same — this is much more than just recruitment. Your remit includes delivering full cycle recruitment from sourcing candidates through interview processes to onboarding new hires.
