Associate Manager, Social Messaging Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Role Overview
As a member of the Performance Marketing Team, you will develop and optimize Agoda’s social messaging marketing channels, leveraging data‑driven analysis to drive growth.
Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
* Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
* Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
* Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
* Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
* 4–6 years of experience in data analysis within tech, consulting, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, and data warehouse concepts.
* Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion.
* Stakeholder management & communication skills – able to influence and persuade across all levels, including senior management.
