Support customers & sales, leading their trainings, promote LONGi and its products, build product knowledge and establish excellent communications with customers
Provide detailed technical support to customers and sales team with focus on utility business in UK & Ireland Region
Visit customers to provide technical guidance on the technology and new product offering
Online and face to face meetings with clients technical departments for technical clarifications regarding technology, installation features and solutions, other
Help manage the product support structure within the region and provide technical input to customer service contracts
Analyse customer feedback on new products and communicate to internal product development team for improvement
Create product promotion materials on the basis of regional characteristics
Champion quality and safety initiatives among the service teams
Support any post sales activity in case of claim
Support on the review and agreement of contract technical requirements, follow up with client and 3rd parties discussions
Promote LONGi Solar products and solutions in conferences, webinars or related marketing events.
Good communication skills, comfortable in making speech (technical and marketing) in public on conference and trade shows, as well as the trainings to customers
Fundamental understanding on PV ingot/wafer/cell/module manufacturing technology, with knowledge on system integration basics preferred
Experience of working in distributor or EPC companies, understanding of dynamics
Experience on working in PV utility projects, understanding of main stakeholders and PV modules supply contracts
Experience in contract negotiations, pre-shipment QA/QC, and post-delivery claims
Fluency in English
Science or engineering degree with 5-8 years working experience in electronics and/or photovoltaic industry
Willing and availability to travel frequently sometimes on short notice
Knowledge on BESS products is considered an added value
