Manager III, Business Intel, Amazon Last Mile and Analytics
Amazon is seeking an experienced leader to own the vision for quality improvement through global address management programs. As a Business Intelligence Engineer of Amazon last mile quality team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and direction of customer-facing products that are core to the customer experience.
This role requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and executive presence to engage with VPs and SVPs across Amazon. You will serve as a key influencer, ensuring goal alignment with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams, and will be the face of the organization to global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer expectations and resolving conflicts.
2. Developing processes to maintain and disseminate project information.
3. Driving operational performance and defect reduction through continuous improvement.
4. Partnering with product and technology teams to define and build customer experiences.
5. Leading by example in operational performance and customer experience.
Qualifications include:
- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience.
- 5+ years managing a BI or analytics team, with employee development and performance management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
- Experience with statistical/machine learning software such as R, Python, SAS, etc.
- 4+ years in large data warehousing environments.
- 10+ years in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and SQL coding.
