Breakfast Chef
We are currently recruiting for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team.
* This is a key role in providing exceptional food and service to our guests.
* You will be working closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel, a valid work permit for a minimum of 12 months, and excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Head Chef in providing leadership for the team and implementing HACCP Procedures.
* To monitor all dishes prepared from the Kitchen and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to food service.
* To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and ensure that all staff comply with this standard.
* To practice excellent food hygiene practices and maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the kitchen department.
