Estimator – Construction (Dublin)We're recruiting for a leading Irish construction firm. Our client has recently secured major contracts across data centres, food & beverage facilities, finance/tech office fit-outs, pharmaceutical plants, residential schemes, and commercial developments. As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in tendering across their diverse project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed, accurate tenders using drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation to secure profitable work.Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, identifying risks, ambiguities, and qualifications while seeking necessary clarifications.Distribute project documents to secure competitive pricing for different work packages.Contribute to the development and improvement of tendering systems and procedures; stay updated on industry developments and contractual changes.Essential Requirements3-5 years' experience in construction estimating or similar role.Quantity Surveying qualification (preferred).Strong numerical and analytical skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Advanced IT proficiency, including Excel and QS software packages.What's On OfferCompetitive package including car allowance, pension scheme, and professional subscriptions.Hybrid working with offices across Dublin, Cork, and Dundalk.Clear opportunities for career development.
