MMD is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate to join our Engineering Department. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting construction projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of engineering practices.

Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the design team to develop engineering solutions that meet project specifications.
* Perform site tasks, cube making, site activities logs
* Setting out using a total station and as built surveys
* Set laser and bench marks on site as needed
* Organise relevant documents from site as needed
* Assist in implementing quality control measures and ensure that all work adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
* Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
* Maintain comprehensive project records, from daily logs to engineering reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Act as a key resource for technical queries on-site, providing solutions to engineering challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

* Educational background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
* Possess a passion for learning and a keen interest in construction engineering and technology.
* Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
