**About the Role:**
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities management. This role involves ensuring the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and systems within the community.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. Your working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements will be crucial in meeting this goal.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a high proficiency in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance. Experience in maintaining water source heat pumps is preferred. Additionally, you should possess an understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
A successful candidate will have one (1) year supervisory and management experience, including recruiting staff, coaching, performance management, and responsibility for daily department operations. Strong organizational, time management skills, and good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and the ability to learn new applications are also required.
