This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the organisation maintains robust compliance with evolving financial regulations. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong legal, compliance, or audit experience, and the ability to manage high-impact reviews in a fast-paced, regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute quality reviews across the Regulatory Requirements & Obligations lifecycle, with a focus on regulatory change management and inventory accuracy.Perform independent testing to ensure accurate implementation of regulatory obligations and controls.Deliver clear and concise findings to stakeholders, including senior members of the RRO team.Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members, maintaining consistency and quality in review standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Internal Audit, Consent Order teams, and other compliance functions.Support ad hoc regulatory initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts.Promote a culture of credible challenge and continuous improvement across the team.Candidate Profile / QualificationsStrong background in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Internal Audit within Financial Services.Proven experience leading or supporting compliance reviews, audits, or quality assurance initiatives.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; capable of interpreting complex regulatory requirements.Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.Effective leader and team collaborator with strong project management skills.Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory testing, or audit roles.Familiarity with global financial regulatory frameworks is advantageous.Job detailsEmployment type: ContractSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelLocation: Dublin City Centre, Ireland (hybrid: 3 days onsite)Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland – potential postings and related roles displayed are for candidate awareness and do not form part of this job specification.
