Job Title: HR Business Partner
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to take on a senior level role in our organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR business partnering and be able to support diverse business units and management teams with their HR needs.
The Job:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner who can lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives, resolve HR and ER queries, support external recruitment and internal talent moves, implement HR change and cultural projects, analyse internal HR metrics and emerging external trends, provide oversight on training/L&D, and work closely with senior leadership to drive continued business success.
Your Skills/Experience:
* A 3rd level degree in HR or a related discipline.
* 3-4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a large scale services environment.
* Strong employee focus, exposure to ER and IR engagement.
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and engagement skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and deliver on HR projects.
The Offer:
This role is being offered on an initial 12 month contract. Salary will depend on the candidate's skills and experience but is expected to be around 70-80k, with a strong benefits package.
