This role spearheads the implementation of robust quality and food safety standards within the Technical Operations agenda.
* Promote a culture of rigorous quality assurance across all sites.
* Cultivate positive work habits, mentor colleagues, and lead in-depth root cause investigations.
* Evaluate the proficiency of all team members to ensure they are capable of performing tasks safely and effectively.
The Lead Quality Excellence will collaborate closely with the Production Stream to embed a strong quality and food safety culture.

Fluency in English is essential, along with advanced skills in MS Office tools and problem-solving techniques.
