Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:
* Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.
* Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the IT sector. Utilise sourcing methods including LinkedIn, networking, and database management.
* Market Insight:
Stay informed about the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.
What You Will Have:
* 3+ years of professional experience (Customer Success, Client Relations, Client Services, Client Solutions, Client Executive, Client Coordinator, etc.)
* A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your growth
* Strong communication skills and a natural drive to succeed
