Our company is seeking a talented Retail Operations Leader to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our stores in Ireland.
The Role:
You will be responsible for driving customer experiences and managing workflow within your store. You will also ensure that our company values of quality and service are upheld by all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement established business strategies and assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their strengths and abilities.
* Drive customer experiences and achieve measurable results.
* Monitor and manage business operational plans including stock management, budgets, and profit and loss.
* Maintain excellent store standards consistently.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legal policies, including HACCP protocols.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more. You should have previous experience working in the retail sector and possess a strong commercial acumen.
