2 Receptionist Roles available to join our client based inSouth Belfast for the Belfast Trust.
The successful applicant will be working a Part Time Role 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm with a rate of pay of £12.51 per hour and 2nd Role in 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-1pm with the same rate of Pay .
We can offer an immediate start for a position that is set to last at least 6 weeks with the likelihood of extension.
Receptionist duties and responsibilities:
Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate party
Sending appointment letters on behalf of the team
Photocopying / scanning
Room booking
Meet and greet staff and patients
What We Need From You
4 GCSEs to include English (Grade A*-C)
1 Years experience in an admin/receptionist role
Relevant experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages
