About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic engineer to work as an Analog IC Design Engineer in our magnetic sensor product teams.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience with the design flow from concept definition through to design & eval/debug.
Your role will involve working with a broader team, including analog & digital designers, verification & layout engineers, eval & test engineers as part of a product development team.
We are searching for enthusiastic candidates with a desire to learn and improve their skills in analog circuit design.
Collaboration within the team is essential, and you will be working alongside designers with extensive experience as well as more junior designers, offering a great opportunity for both learning and mentorship.
In our work environment, we value independence and encourage individual contributions.
We're looking for intelligent individuals who want to become increasingly self-reliant.
Communication and the initiative to find solutions are highly encouraged in our daily tasks.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
* A minimum of 7+ years related and progressive semiconductor industry experience.
* Strong knowledge in design and layout of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and architecture with various blocks such as ADCs, bandgap references, amplifiers, comparators, current sources, oscillators, regulators, etc.
* Enjoy analog circuit designs, simulations, and validation.
* Proficiency with Cadence analog design environment, including schematic entry, analog and mixed-signal simulation.
* Behavioural modeling of analog circuits and analog mixed-signal (AMS) verification techniques.
* Good data analysis and analytic skills and knowledge.
* Good communication, technical writing, and team working skills, with the ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits to integrate with our xMR sensors.
Circuit blocks include ADCs, bandgap references, current biases, amplifiers, and comparators, oscillators, voltage regulators, etc.
Participate in defining circuit implementation architecture based on specifications, create transistor-level designs, and collaborate with analog layout designers for optimization.
Create and maintain documentation for designs, including specifications, test plans, usage guidelines, and limitations.
Support evaluation and testing of the IC in the lab and assist with the debug of issues.
Collaborate with design engineers and managers, layout, evaluation, applications, test, and product management.
