About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly and effectively, conducting proactive follow-ups with customers via phone and email to secure timely payments, and managing monthly billing cycles, including preparation of consolidated invoices for key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:

* Manage monthly billing cycles, including preparation of consolidated invoices for key accounts.
* Create and post invoices in Sage, ensuring data integrity and system alignment.
