People Business Partner
We are seeking an exceptional People Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in building high-performing teams through coaching and training interventions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with General Managers and their leadership teams to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Provide expert coaching and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with our company values.
- Lead or contribute to strategic people projects in areas such as Government Directives, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
- Work closely with our central People team to ensure all employment contracts, policies, and practices comply with relevant legal compliance and best practice for the jurisdiction.
- Collaborate with our in-house recruitment team and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional pre-start and onboarding experience.
**Requirements:**
- 4-5 years + experience as a HRBP or HR Manager, coaching Leaders and Managers, resolving problems and changing peoples minds with data.
- Ability to work through ambiguity with kindness and clarity.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required, along with professional certification such as CIPD (ideal but not essential).
- A passion for learning and developing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence positive outcomes across all levels.
