Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Compliance Administrator in Co. Kildare. Permanent, full time role Hybrid after probation period Salary up to €40,000 depending on experience Main duties: Maintain and manage assigned member records on a daily basis, including correspondence, preparation of documentation, and monitoring of all compliance-related matters. Organise, attend, and where necessary support or guide meetings. Support preparation activities and participate in both internal and external audit processes. Complete all required reporting obligations for relevant external organisations and stakeholders. Handle the intake of new member registrations as well as the closure or expiry of existing memberships. Manage the annual return procedure and coordinate ongoing membership renewals. Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of members Deliver regular updates to members throughout each stage of the application, inspection, and certification timeline. Provide a high standard of service when responding to enquiries received by phone or email. Carry out additional tasks and contribute to projects as required and delegated by the Team Leader. Main requirements: Strong precision and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving matters fully. Capability to assess information and make decisions based on evidence and facts. High level of competence in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with an integrated database platform. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities. Previous exposure to working with regulatory frameworks, standards, or government-related organisations (advantageous). A qualification in agriculture and/or experience within the organic industry would be beneficial.
