About Your New Job
Full responsibility for month-end close, monthly management accounts, and statutory reporting
Oversight of payroll, banking, credit cards, and expenses
Cashflow management and treasury
Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management
Ensuring strong financial controls and accurate, timely reporting
Providing practical, clear financial input to support rapid operational growth
Ensuring financial discipline keeps pace with expansion, including international activity
Improving processes where needed, without over-complicating or slowing the business
What Skills You Need
Qualified Accountant
Experience in a senior, hands-on finance role
Comfortable with the detail: month-end, payroll, compliance, cash
Experience working at pace, ideally in a growing tech or operational business
Exposure to international operations or complex growth scenarios
Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
