Job Overview
The Utilities Technician is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with equipment failures, ensuring prompt and proper resolution.
This role involves executing planned maintenance routines, utilizing CMMS systems, and completing required documentation. Key requirements include a high degree of flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Maintenance of site water, steam, compressed air, chiller systems, N2, and HVAC systems.
* A high level of attention to detail in following procedures and being flexible/open to change.
Qualifications include a minimum Level 7 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, or Mechanical related fields, along with at least 4 years of experience in a maintenance or relevant engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
