HR Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support to our leadership team and employees. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key aspects of this role include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.
* Working closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to understand staffing requirements and develop effective solutions.
* Managing selection activities, including shortlisting and providing feedback to candidates.
* Handling employee exits, career break applications, and resignations in a timely manner.
* Coordinating employee transitions under our exit scheme with line management and HR.
* Providing training and guidance to line managers on our HR policies, including grievance management and discipline procedures.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
* Education to degree level in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* CIPD recognition is desirable but not essential.
