Corporate Receptionist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, providing exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome and professionally greet clients, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
* Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
* Book and coordinate internal meeting rooms and associated catering requirements.
* Organise transport bookings, including taxis, for clients and staff as required.
* Issue and manage security swipe cards for visitors and staff.
* Handle general administrative tasks, including document preparation and front desk coordination.

* A minimum of 3+ years experience in a client-facing corporate receptionist position (within legal or professional services).
* An exceptionally professional and reliable individual with a positive, client-first attitude.
* The ability to multi-task effectively, prioritise work, and remain calm under pressure.
* A confident and engaging communicator, both in person and over the phone.
* A highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable individual who can work on their own initiative.
* A strong team player with experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
