We’re offering acompetitive base salary and good benefits package.You will be part of a dedicated Compliance Function, providing comprehensive, business-focused compliance services to our company, ensuring regulatory compliance across our European branchesWhat you'll be doing:Providing guidance on regulatory and compliance mattersActing as a primary contact for compliance-related queries and issuesMonitoring and escalating compliance breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolutionConducting horizon scanning and analysing the impact of regulatory changesSupporting the development and implementation of the compliance frameworkDrafting and reviewing compliance policies and proceduresDelivering compliance training and education to relevant personnelMaintaining compliance logs and mandatory recordsThis will be a regulated role.QualificationsWho we're looking for:Proven financial services experienceStrong analytical skills and industry awarenessProactive approach to compliance and regulatory requirementsGood knowledge of the Investment Management industry and associated compliance requirementsUnderstanding of UCITS, AIFM, ESG/SFDR, and MiFID requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPostgraduate professional qualifications are desirableWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
