This is a hands-on, influential role shaping winning bids rather than a back-office estimating position, with strong progression and long-term stability.Location:DublinContract:Permanent | Full-TimeSector:Power, Renewables & High Voltage InfrastructureKey Responsibilities:Lead all HV tendering activities across Power & Renewables projectsReview and interpret HV specifications, drawings, and employer's requirementsCoordinate inputs from engineering, construction, commercial, EHS and quality teamsPrepare and manage technical submissions, clarifications, and compliant tender returnsAct as the technical interface with clients during tender and post-tender stagesSupport the commercial team with technical input into pricing and value propositionsAttend and lead post-tender meetings and technical workshopsManage multiple tenders concurrently while meeting strict deadlinesEnsure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and governanceIdentify risks, opportunities, efficiencies, and improvements within tender processesKey RequirementsDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience3+ years' experience in HV tendering, pre-construction, estimating, or engineering rolesStrong experience in High Voltage systems (transmission, distribution, substations, renewables)Excellent understanding of technical specifications and tender documentationConfident communicator able to engage with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersStrong IT skills (reports, presentations, tender portals, documentation control)Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work on own initiativeFlexible to travel when required
