Senior Learning Instructional Designer
This is a key role within a high-impact team focused on enterprise-wide professional skills development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in corporate training, professional services, or education-focused roles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Designing professional development programs that cater to a diverse, global workforce.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to consult on capability gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions.
* Creating high-quality assets such as job aids, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and digital content.
* Leading end-to-end instructional design using agile ADDIE principles.
* Innovating across learning modalities including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, and in-person workshops.
* Managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision.
* Evaluating program effectiveness and refining content based on performance outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and outcome measurement.
* Strong consulting skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
* Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, LMS).
* Experience delivering across multiple formats virtual, in-person, and self-paced.
* High attention to detail and an analytical mindset for continuous improvement.
About This Role:
* A hybrid working model is offered.
* This is a 12 month contract role with some possibility of other opportunities or extensions coming up at the end of the contract.
