Key Responsibilities:· Maintaining smooth operation and deliver quality services to our buildings;· Handling queries and feedbacks via phone, email and general correspondence;· Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture;· Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers;· Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area;· Deliver ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.Qualifications and Skills· Previous experience in customer service and administration is a plus;· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;· Organized and resourceful;· Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)· Self-motivated and willing to learnJob Type: Part-timePay: €14.00 per hourExpected hours: 12 – 18 per weekWork Location: In person
